Went in this morning and was the only customer in the store. The man at the counter told me to wait while he stood there and beeped ALL the waiting packages for shipment. I guess I wasn't his top priority. He weighed and measured my package and gave me a price of $25 for a medium sized box that weighed 4 lbs.I refused the price and went to the UPS store on Firestone Drive and the same package/same arrival time was only $16. You will pay more for the privately owned UPS stores.

Bought a rifle stock from Amazon, printed a UPS return label, drove to return it here. The guy said they would not ship firearms (not a firearm) or firearm parts (this is a firearms part). He told me I would have to go to the UPS facility by Central during the week to handle. Totally wrong - UPS does ship firearms parts. I called UPS customer service on this. The owner of this particular franchise store has decided to trample on our 2nd amendment rights. I will never go there again and encourage all Americans to do the same. The UPS store on Vets handled it for me. Go there.

Rude guy , doesn’t even greet you when you walk in. And wants to charge you for printing a label that’s for ups. Need to get someone else to work there that’s nicer .

Since they changed ownership this store is a disaster. An envelope clearly marked DO NOT BEND was bent in two and stuck in the mailbox. Staff is not friendly and have an attitude. A Box arrived wet and they could not care less. They did not want to make a report. I had the mailbox for 21 years there and it was never so bad.

Never had a problem until today. I was given rude facial expressions, no words, and was stared at like I was stupid by the lady who “helped” me today. Hopefully I don’t have to do a return with her again as everyone else I’ve ever had was friendly.

Always very nice and helpful but I passed by there today at 5pm website says open til 6:30 but they were closed.

Their notary blew off two scheduled appointments to get a document stamped and the lady at the store was rude.

This store is under new ownership and runs smooth as a whistle. I walked in to a small line, yet was out the door within 3 minutes. No nickel and diming you over tape. The prior owner was a total bum. Good riddance.

This guy is the worst! So rude & ugly to customers. There are several others that are so friendly & courteous and appreciate their customers! I hope the owner reads this and understands how many customers he runs off.

Went here to return an Amazon prime package as I was in the neighborhood. I had a copy of the label , no code. My usual UPS store, on Airline, by Rouses, prints the label for me free of charge. This location charges $3 for use of their computer station. No thanks! I will continue to use Airline location.. they are the best location around!
