Had two fender necks leveled- one turned out ok , but they really screwed up the expensive Warmoth with stainless frets. Had to replace nut, re level lower frets. Plus, the assistant guy is real rude. Third shop in new Orleans that did crummy work.

Todd has been working on my guitars for over 30 years. Mike is an excellent guitar tech who goes above and beyond. You can tell that they truly love their craft. I also bought a very nice Eastman from there. Check them out!

I visited the store searching for a replacement gear for a tuning machine on my classical guitar and met Greg who sent me home with a handful of possibilities to try on my guitar. What a nice guy! I feel I couldn't have been treated any better if I had been in the market for a $5,000 Martin. Watching Greg work with his customers won my confidence. I know where I'll be bringing my guitar for service from now on. All the rave reviews are right on.
