Wouldn't use these guys again. After 3 trips out, wooden floors were still a mess. Workers weren't careful and damaged furniture. Ask them to come back to fix a broken board, NO RESPONSE.

Poor customer service. Improper placement and/or defective flooring product in new home. It’s been 5 months; still nothing.

I used TOCA 4 years ago and was very happy with the work and price. So, when I needed to replace some more floors in my home I called on Darrin Gobbold again. He measured my floors and then didn't call me back. After going by the showroom and calling, he called and told me he needed to measure again as he'd lost my first measurements. We set up two appt. times on a Wednesday. He did not show up for either and never called me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!

I had an iPad go missing after they worked on my house. Of course the owner claimed it was not his responsibility and his workers would never steal anything. If you use these guys, make sure that you are home.
