Girl was on the phone while I waited and was ignored. I wanted to gice her a heads up that i will need a receipt for my donations. I started carrying in donations and after several trips, someone rudely says "we aren't taking donations. You can come back after July 5th". I had easily over 2k worth of donations including new with tags designer clothing. Then stared as I carried everything back to my car rather than being heldpul. I definitely wouldn't be back with this attitude as if they are doing me a favor.

the only thrift store in new orleans i’ll go to! the items on the rack are in great condition and the store is always so clean! they have the most welcoming staff as well. always very helpful!

Some of the items are over priced but every Tuesday they %20 off everything and have even higher discounts for seniors that day.

I really enjoyed visiting this thrift shop. Got about 8 items (shirts & pants) for ~$28, very happy with my purchases (high quality & in mint condition), the lady was really nice too! Don’t forget to wear your mask :-)- It has dressing rooms- Jewelry- Household items (organized by color!)- Toys- Electronics- Fluffy sizes section (yes, it’s called like that i loved it)- Men’s- Shoes- Glassware- Clothing (Tops, bottoms, long sleeves, sporty, gym, business, dresses)

I donated several bags of clothing and they ladies thanked me several times for dropping off items. I was so happy to hear that. Goodwill gets frustrated when I drop off but the times are better for me. Next time I will make the effort to bring all my donations to Hope Closet. I love shopping here as well.
