Very nice people. But the products do not last. I bought a washer in April 2023, had issues with it right after the warranty expired. Taylor took care of me and came and picked up the washer and fixed it. A few months later the suspension rods in the washer go out and had to be replaced, fast forward 5 more months to march 2024 and now the capacitor is out. The part cost the same as the machine!Good customer service but products are iffy

Gave these people a chance. Never swap out they will drop the warranty... Don't ask them to repair anything they will fail. So I'm out of $299.00 for a washing machine an $80.00 repair on my dryer that broke the next day. All of this in 3mo. Just a warning people.6 months still without washer and dryer.they took my dryer apart at my house and never came back.

I purchased many appliances from this company being that I have many rental properties. The last few appliances that I’ve bought with this company has not worked from the moment I plugged it in at a property. Was told that I had a 30 day warranty; but after calling on the 14th day, they are not holding up their end of the bargain. I was really excited because I thought I had a black company to do business with; but it turned out very differently than I expected. I will not be doing business with this company again. Beware.

Bought a washer from them in late February 2021 and by May 2021 the washer stopped working. Tried calling several times and no one would answer. What a rip off these people are.

Awful customer service. I will not patronize this place again. I wasted money buying a washing machine from these people. They will not bring the item purchased into your home, they will not set it up. You are given a 30 day warranty should something happen, but they will charge you for the repairs, and the picking up of the unit. They want you, to uninstall the unit and sit it outside so the can pick it up. The service charge to pick it up will be $100, that will go towards the repair, that's under a 30 day warranty. They will not repair on site, so you dont really know if the repair has been made. You can't reach them by phone because they utilize google phone numbers to run their business. When they do call you, back your talking to 2 and 3 different people who will call you back from several different cellphone numbers and all will tell you something totally different. I believe in supporting small minority owned businesses, but I will never support this business again and I warn others to be ware of their business practices.

Please don't buy ANYTHING from this place. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I spoke to Taylor about a refrigerator and even verified by text with a pic. I sent my husband to look at it but he showed my husband the wrong refrigerator, delivered it, but it doesn't get cool. When I called back, within days, another guy answered the phone and stated that I would be called back. I was never called back. When I called back, Taylor said the refrigerator was plugged up at the store and was working. I'm sure it was working but wasn't left on long enough to get cool. He then tried to convince me to get a warranty. He never offered an apology, but acted as though I should 'just deal with it'. Now I have to spend more money. I have purchased numerous used appliances from other places in the past that worked for YEARS. I have yet to hear from the owner of this place. I wouldn't spend another red cent at this place. Run fast. PURE RIPOFF!!!!
