Don't waste your time driving here. They have nothing! Shelves are empty. Employees won't help you. The store is very small, dirty, disorganized and staffed with rude, lazy people. Called and a women (Tayju) who said she was the manager (I hope not!) cursed at me for asking about when to expect certain items to be stocked. (Called me a f*ing white b****)Trying to find normal size store, but will have to drive to another state. Louisiana doesn't have real Target.

Used the pick up area after ordering online, forgot the toothpaste from our order, when we corrected them they brought us a two pack when we had bought a three, had to wait even longer for our toothpaste. But in the end we got an extra toothpaste (4 in total) so cut some slack and gave them a three star review instead of a two star review.

Very large target. I was just at a target yesterday where they were removing the Starbucks and they doing the same here. Okay now what's going on with target and Starbucks.

This target is so great! Super clean, and the staff is really friendly. When I was there, a woman checking out, left a bag behind in the store clerk actually ran after her with the bag to make sure she didn't leave it! Everyone there was helpful when I needed help finding paper products and they have lots of awesome vegan options in the frozen section and vegan cheeses and milks!!

Explain why they have order pick up then make the customer stand in line with everyone returning, in this case 12 people, instead of having an express pick up line. I've now waited more than 20 minutes to get my one box of diapers- I could have parked, shopped and paid in less time. It's a terrible system and not customer friendly.

Been to this Target a zillion times but finally decided to write a review. I was there early this morning looking for stuff for my bathroom. As I was searching to no end for shower curtain liners, three men in red shirts were discussing something nearby and asked if I needed help finding anything. What I wanted was a few aisles over and I never would have ventured that far but good thing they were there. Much is new, including an entire Ulta section on the first floor. No more driving to Elmwood only to find they don't have what I'm looking for. I can just go right down the street to Target. Yay! Lots of cute stuff for everyone in this new layout. I could just browse forever in there. Also, shout out to the nice lady with the purple hair at checkout on the 2nd floor. She was so helpful. Another good mention to the Starbucks on the 2nd floor. I'd been trying to pick up a couple of gift cards for $10 each for Starbucks but I'd only seen the $15 ones, so I was able to get them with no wait. Another yay!

Then when I asked food assistance apparently everyone was either off work and shopping or just getting ready to check in and they'll come back and help me find what I'm wearing. Grr. This place is two floors and they have an escalator and elevator for carts! This was quite cool.

I just left target on Clearview, Metairie, LA to get services for a Consumer Service Grandpad. I entered the store and although there is often a person at the door, there was not at this time. I walked around for a while before finally finding someone who was not with a customer to ask where do I go for Consumer Cellular service. He pointed me to upstairs but even then there was no clear signage (like some stores have). I eventually found the department. I stood there a couple of minutes before someone (who was with a customer I think, along with another service person) acknowledged me. I asked where do I go for service for Consumer Cellular. He said, "we assist with CC. Just have a seat over there and we'll be with you". Not a bad tone but not customer friendly either. I had an appointment. When he called me he said in the most condescending manner "you are late". I was not happy so responded in kind that I was not late. I was walking around looking for them. There is no signage, etc. He then replied, I was just kidding. I am a 60 year old extremely busy female, coming from New Orleans on a lunch break. I didn't take kindly to the joke. It's was very unprofessional given I had never met this person. It went from bad to worse. He proceeded to ask me for my ID even before anything else (perhaps that's protocol but I'd brought my mom's grandpad in without an ID before). She's 93 and can hardly walk. I provided the information (my email address is on the account, I pay the bill and manage the grandpad). He questioned how I got an appointment, etc. Just like bringing a car to a dealer, the internet worked while I was there (that was the main problem) and he didn't really listen to or address the other problem. He said it works. I said it doesn't anywhere else. Then asked, will you just swap out the sim card like Consumer Cellular said you would do. He said, it works but offered to SELL me a sim card even though I pay a monthly bill which includes payment of separate insurance. I basically became completely impatient with him and stated I won't pay for anything, I certainly won't be returning here. Perhaps I'll just cancel the service. I do apologize to those standing around. The bottom line is, in my lifetime I have never been treated so poorly as a customer, particularly one with an recurring monthly service. While I understand there are policies, procedures, and established process; I will never understand or accept poor treatment of customers, for any reason. Never again will I seek service at this Target! D. Clark

Cashier upstairs talking with friends and taking forever to scan my 1 item when I have places to go. I'm standing at order pickup since I ordered an item hours ago and it's not ready after the app clearly said it was ready. I'm running late because of this disorganization. What's the point of ordering ahead? And then everyone at pickup doesn't seem to have good social/communication skills.

Look the simple fact is, this store looks like absolute s*** right now. The new set up is complete trash and it hate coming to this target now. Is it going to stop me from coming ? No ...... but what ever they are doing needs to be finished quickly, it's annoying and just looks like s****

I just knew by it being cold and late, I was gonna wait a million years before someone came to my car.... NOT AT ALL!!! I waited for about 5mins and the young man was coming to my car with my groceries. He was so polite and gentle with my eggs and bread. This was my first time to targets drive up and I must say I will definitely use it again. Nothing like other stores that I've used in the pass when you get home and everything is not in your bag. This was not the case. I got everything I ordered

I have a love hate relationship with this Target. It's always so messy and they are often out of stock of several things. But it is the closest to my house and the drive up option is a life saver. It's also enormous. You could easily spend an hour in here. Pro tip: check on the Target app before you go to make sure what you want is in stock and you're not just wandering aimlessly grabbing things you don't need and didn't come for....unless that's your thing. No judgement.
