Came here for the St. Patrick’s Day parade, and had a spot on the right of way in front of business. Supposed owner arrived and yelled at everybody, saying it was her private property, even though it was the right of way. Would not do business with somebody so unhinged. Would not recommend anybody have to put up with that if that’s the way she acts. She claimed to be the owner and then she claimed to be the owner’s daughter. Either way, it looks bad for the business. I have to give at least one star, but if I had to do it, honestly I would give zero stars!

In late September I brought a 14k gold braclet that belonged to my mother to be repaired. It needed a new clasp and was quoted a price of $34.00. A month went bye with no word so I went in and was told that it should be back the next day. At that point, I realized that their repair work is outsourced. I did not get a call so I went back to the store on this past Saturday. The braclet was repaired to the tune of $72.00!! I was speechless that the price doubled but felt hostage to pay because of the value and sentiment of the braclet. All they offered me was "we are sorry". They should have been able to give me a more accurate estimate which would have given me the option of getting a second quote. Very disappointed!!!

This gem of a small store has been in business since the 1980s and is thriving in a market filled with big players. Personal touch, good service, nice selection and services, and great prices make this the place to go.

I walked in looking for "pearls". Other than that, I had no idea what I was looking for. The saleslady (Michelle??Melissa??) was very helpful and patient with me, and found me an adorable product line. My GF went crazy over it...THIS is my kinda place. Excellent customer care and service.

I walked in knowing that I wanted nothing but the label pearls. I'm not a savvy jewelry buyer, but the sales Lady Michelle or Melissa, I can't remember, was very patient and helpful, she found me the perfect piece for my girlfriend, and I wound up buying the whole set. Girlfriend went crazy over it, score one for me, score one for Sue's jewelry.

Steve did a lot off different thinks for me !I thought i could trust him. But i'll never go thereagain. I got two rings that he was going to maketo fit. He toke the gold that was on the side which was thicker and they whey he yolks togold out so he could keep it. then charge me$67 !!!! Any one know to my it smaller cut the bitten where it thin !!! I'll never go there again.And i will tell friends that want there...!terrible job... Don't recommend ?

Love love love my Sue's jeweler! I've been going there for the last 20 years and they have now become like family! Family run business who does it right! No matter if you go there in a fancy outfit covered in diamonds or like me shorts and a t shirt you get treated the same! The quality is always excellent and the service is like your sister or momma is helping you! Just great people!
