I always like supporting local small businesses, but I can no longer support this business due to the unethical and fraudulent behavior of the owner. His automobile was recently involved in a car accident. The driver presented expired insurance. When my friend whose car was damaged contacted him online to clarify the matter, the owner blocked him and refused to communicate. This is not the behavior I want to support in any small business. It does not install any sense of trust.

Only reason they got a one star is because you have to have a star to post, should be a negative Total scam, bought a washer dryer set that Tracy said a 30 day warranty but dryer was electric and I need gas, Tracy told me he’d get me one Of equal value that would be gas for the same $440. Instead he dropped off a piece of junk dryer and a wash machine that does not work when asking for a refund because wasn’t the dryer was what we agreed upon, he said we don’t do refunds only store credit which he failed to mention until I asked for a refund on the junk he sold me. After several text messages He told me he would give me a refund of $400 but not the delivery fee. I told him I wouldn’t pay to have junk delivered and asked again for a full refund. Now he will not respond to me via text or phone. I would not recommend purchasing anything from the shop that is bad business total scam shop
