I used to clean off the property for the owner here. In return he would hook me up with free food and drinks. I really appreciated that until one day when he asked me to chop down 2 tall palm trees for him "which is in front of the fence that's near the rest room". I told him that if I found the right tools that I would be able to get the job done. When I had checked that next day I couldn't find anything, so I got some info from a friend of mine that knew a guy that did that type of work. After receiving the info, I then went to the store and he took the info from me but didn't have time to talk due to the fact that he was on the phone. When I had gone back the next evening and told him to call that number, he tells me that he wasn't going to call and that if I didn't have the tools to do the job then forget about it. I told him that was the reason why I had given him the number because I didn't have the right tools to do the job and then I told him that he shouldn't of taken the contact from me. I really didn't have to go out of my way to do that but the fact that I did showed that I wanted to help this guy out but I'm seeing that he wants the labor done "very cheaply"!!! Good luck with that and as far as cleaning off his property goes, I'm finished with him because he's also sarcastic as well!!!! "He just lost a good helper and a customer"

Prices here are just ridiculous. Cigarettes that are normally $6 that i get 9 dollars here. Gas is $0.40 more expensive than anywhere. The store was shut down for some time and I can see why.

My husband just stopped in today (10.01.2021) around 12:30 in the afternoon to purchase drinks and snacks for the day as well as use the restroom. When he entered the restroom there was urine all over the toilet and floor etc. He patiently waited for the employees attention to inform her, she handed him a mop and stated that "she was not going to clean it up".

The owner works the counter sometimes and he’s rude. He clearly doesn’t care about his business. The station itself is pretty worthless also. It doesn’t have a selection of anything you might need. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This place SUUUUUCCCCKKKKKKKSSSSS! Like really sucks. It's dirty and not only do they not enforce the mask mandate for customers, the cashier wasn't even trying to wear one! They have a $5 min on card purchases. This is cool and normal but when I'd been waiting in line for 20 min after the cashier was arguing about how much change he gave back with two massless customers, I just wanted to buy my Snapple and get out. But nope. No exceptions. Forget that I'd just spent $20 on gas outside. Whatever it's fine (it's not). I'll definitely be avoiding this Birdies.

This store is very quaint. I do not recommend stopping by if you are into social distancing. Minus the young man and older short lady that work there, the other employees are also very rude. In addition to the rude employees, tiny store space, the prices are also higher than other nearby stores. Unless you're desperate for gas, avoid this place at all costs. I just tried to call the store this morning and the young lady that answered the phone said to me, "I don't have time for you", and then she hung up on me. I'm insulted because I'm a regular customer (because I live a block away) and I spend about $100 a week there. Since the lady was so rude, I will not ever spend another penny there.To the lady that hung up on me: You are a horrible customer service representative, you seriously need a new job.To the store owner: Please fire the lady who answered your store phone November 30, 2020 at 12 p.m. so that I can shop at your store again.

Stopped for gas and to use the rest room. Rest rooms were closed. But they had time to spray foam on the curb for some cheap curb appeal.

I frequent disparities and last week I bought a Vape from here. Yesterday the Vape exploded in my hand and caught fire. I have burns all down my hands and can't work. I went into exchange it or get my money back and was refused either one. After arguing a little I was then told to leave the store and never come back. this place is very shady and that's not the only thing they do over there. They also take food stamps for non-food items. They have guns and also they sell marijuana from behind the counter. My name is Steven Carter and my phone number is 504-222-8143. Food was horrible I got a shrimp on bun and the shrimps were soft, the cheese that i ask for wasnt on there and the bread was wet that was probably from the hot sauce i ask them not to put on my sandwich I'll never eat there again. GAS ONLY!!!!
