The staffs are friendly but the store is too small. I felt chaotic inside the store. It's such a shame that a big retailer like them can't even have a big store in New Orleans.

Went in on jan. 3rd 2026 around 4pm, Jennifer was wonderful! I don't know much about make up and she really helped my daughter and I to get what we need. Great customer service from the moment we walked in the door from every associate we encountered.
