I needed a flu shot and thought I would stop at Sam's to get one while visiting family. I know I was from out of state, but the pharmacist helped me out and got the job done! She was helpful and friendly even though they were busy and my insurance (I have a primary and secondary) could be complicated. Would come here again They were great!

Apparently you have to be 27 years old to buy alcohol here but they won’t tell you until you fight the crowd and sit in line to checkout forever. Then when you ask for confirmation you are shoo’ed away and hung up on when you call. So it’s not necessarily the policy that was the issue, it was the way the employees were rude and dismissive when all i wanted was confirmation that I couldn’t make this purchase when I am 24 years old and never heard of such a thing. Especially after trying to track down a single employee to ask because they are so understaffed and then sitting on the phone ringing for 10 minutes only for them to hang up. I didn’t get an answer until I called a different location.

Great store, I use it like a regular grocery store with scan and go. In and out quickly and great prices.

Today I went in and let me just say that this store needs improvement. I understand that this is the most convenient Sams to go to but that should be even more reason that they should hold themselves to a higher standard and keep items in stock.The meat section was terribly empty. All four of the meats that I needed were not available/out of stock.Three of the juices I normally purchase were unavailable as well.I decided to get me some mandarin oranges but the oranges were moldy.I was able to get most of my items but honestly the only good thing is scan and go.

I have shopped at Sam's for years here in Louisiana and also when I lived in other states. First time reviewing one. Let's start with the fact that the snack bar or whatever it's called closes way before the store. I've been twice in two weeks around 5pm and both times they were either closing or not making anymore pizzas. The store stays open until at least 8 so what's the deal?Next, I purchased a bag of potatoes. There were very few bags to choose from. The bags are in a huge box and I practically had to bed over at the waist and reach way down into the box to pick from the few remaining bags. I don't know if there is a potato shortage or someone is just not replenishing the floor supply. Either way. when I got home the potatoes were too ripe and I was very disappointed. I needed big potatoes but I guess I will have to find them elsewhere.

I love Sam's club. I love their curbside pick up...because I buy cases of water and don't have to load them into my car myself. I have back issues. I love the customer service at this Sam's club because their employee's are always very friendly and courteous. I love their scan and go becauseI I don't have to wait in line. However, I never think of Sam's Club optical...I bought 2 pairs of glasses...reasonably priced (20% off for plus members). They have all kinds of designer frames. The staff there went above and beyond by fixing an older set of frames that I love (and didn't buy there). I'll never go anywhere else for glasses!

Bakery dept will not work with customers. I ordered a cake for a coworker. She changed her work day. I called the bakery dept and asked to pick up the cake a day earlier. Nope! They would not make the change. I called the manager of the store. She was no help. Told me "tough luck".It's a cake! Really??? Poor customer service. This dept is not flexible at all. Frequently they will not even take your order because "they are full of orders that day" What?!? Pathetic

The employees were seriously nice. I got this membership off Groupon. I signed up and came in to get my card. The store was clean, stocked, and people friendly. Oh and the gas is super cheap!

Sam's club is nice although I already have Costco membership but I had to cancel my Sam's club membership because Sam's club accounting is not very straightforward: I got promotional of $45 back when joining the club, they gave me a gift card; I used the card about 1.5 years later and found out it was a $10 gift card.

I usually love them for their pizza, but the service is trash! Apparently the "cafe" department closes whenever they feel like it. My son's dad went in at 5:30 to order pizza. The store does not close until 8 PM! And I feel like this is not the first time that I've gone to the cafe well before closing, and there was no one. Decided I was going to call to find out what the normal closing time is for that dept. No one ever answered the phone! Not the cafe, not the main store, I had time so I just let it ring... 10 minutes! Not so much as a quick "we're busy ATM, hold please, nothing". Sometimes if feels like the employees at this store just do what they want & if customers are inconvenienced that's just the cost of doing business.

I brought my car into Sam's Tire Service to have a simple tire rotation and to have 1 new tire placed on my car and the older tire it was replacing to be the spare. Pretty simple, standard routine. Probably take at most 20 min. I pre-paid and was told there were 3 cars ahead of me. Since they were servicing three cars I figured I would be up next. Not so. I checked in 90 min later and my car hadn't budged and my service order hadn't budged either. I waited another 45 minutes...same result. The CS employee wasn't exactly friendly either. I'll never return to Sam's again esp for car or tire repair. Their service has gone down.
