Hi.. I would like to say Jeff on Metairie Road is Always Helpful, Patience & Good with Me & All Customers! Jeff Does a Great Job & Gives 110% Great Service! Really Appreciate Him! I do Copies, Shipping, Emails, Etc & Jeff is Great! The other Staff is Good, But Jeff is My # 1 Go Person!

Infuriating. Sent a Fed Ex package from this business with very important documents. Fed Ex has no record of this package and I waited about an hour to see the owner, who never showed. The staff said when this has happened in the past they never seem to find the package. Seems like there is no recourse to get answers or the package returned. Very upset about the whole experience.

This place can't ship for UPS or FedEx if you have a QR code. They can't scan. It's a waste of time going there

The staff at Mail & Copy center saved me hours and hours of headaches and inconvenience. They helped me get my license-required fingerprinting completed, verified and mailed off for a very reasonable price, and it arrived at its destination the very next day. Despite my deadline stress, Nancy was helpful, friendly, and charming even though she was the only employee on hand that day. I (almost) wish I needed fingerprinting services more often. Thanks, Nancy!

I was waiting on a case for my iPad and was being very impatient for it to arrive because I am clumsy. I went back to this place 2 times in the same day waiting for the DHL delivery person and the nice lady at the front desk gave me her number so I didn’t have to keep driving back. Before I could even fully leave the area she ran out the store after me because my package came. I thought that was very sweet.
