I DID NOT create this to cover up bad reviews as one Yelper claimed. I had been going to Rick's for years and couldn't find the "first business" anyways I tried bringing my watch and ring to get repaired and they turned into an online only business.

Rick has been our family's go-to jeweler for two generations. He has done jewelry designs, wedding sets for two of our children, repairs and everything in between! I will certainly miss the store as it is closing, but hope he will still be available for those special pieces. Best of luck always

I brought in a 18k gold watch for a simple battery and not only did they bust the back of my watch but now water has gotten in and ruined my watch! I will give them the opportunity to make this right but I'm not holding my breath- disgusted they did not own up to it at the time and make it right- bad business.

Over the past 30 years Rick's has always been my jeweler of choice. He's made 2 custom pieces for me that both have sentimental value because of my personal stones he included. You don't need to go anywhere else.
