I went into the Lakeside store with my children ready to purchase a sofa. We met Kaylee who was amazing. We ended up buying 2 full rooms of furniture and the service didn’t stop after the transaction. She is absolutely wonderful and goes out of her way to help us with any questions. There is a very unfriendly matronly looking manager there who obviously doesn’t have children that was snarky but Kaylee made up for her. We can’t wait to get out furniture!!!!

First let me say I live in Atlanta where there is a RH gallery. I had never cared for RH furniture style and the quality didn't impress me for the cost. I moved in '21 to a new home and all my neighbors had beautiful pieces from them. In addition they launched the contemporary line. I decided to give them a try I went in and worked with the designers in Atlanta but didn't get the comfort vibe or the feeling they had time for me. I have to deliberate when buying furniture and spending that much money. My neighbor suggested I work with the Metairie store. Best advice ever. Over the phone, video call etc. They were patient in developing a mood board and giving me choices. I worked with Kenya who has since moved on to a different company but the latest associate was equally helpful. And did I mention the delivery? Best I've ever had, time and time again. I am not independently wealthy so I buy a piece or two and wait to save up for the next pieces. Two years and counting...

I was greeted by a very nice lady named Winnifred. Her co worker tried to shoo me out of the store by proceeding to blast me with a “just for your reference…that couch (see picture) is $16,000.” Just so she knows… if I saw something I liked, price becomes less important. But Winnifred was excellent.

RH has become a furniture experience of choice for many over the years... certainly as with me. Like all furniture companies, high-end and the basics, there can be a defect noticed immediately or over time. And if the customer service and communication of the interior design/sale team doesn't match the quality off the brand name then they wouldn't continuously receive my loyalty as a customer. Nor many others when investing the amount of $ that we do with RH.Kenya has been absolutely spot on with helping me with a couple miner issues with a former purchase. Surprisingly from such a time ago. She remembers me when I visit the gallery every time. She has been on top of servicing my concerns. The customer service has been perfect. This is what gains loyalty to a name brand and even more so to the representative of that brand. Thanks Kenya! Jeff.

I'm a black woman who walked in the store pass four women. One of the ladies finally spoke, her name was Krista. After we were half way through the order standing up at a restroom vanity, she offered me a seat at the table to finish my order. We purchased $2300+ in cabinet pulls and knobs (see receipt) and they sent my husband to Pottery Barn to use the restroom. I'm going to cancel my order and go purchase hardware at Pottery Barn where they are much nicer.

I love this place!! Everything was very clean and the staff was masked and taking appropriate Covid-19 measures, which made me feel very comfortable. Customer service was perfect- friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I highly recommend this store and I will definitely be back, thank you!!

I had a great experience at this location when I was visiting Nola (pre-covid) I was just browsing the store to see if it differs much from ours in Chicago. I was greeted & asked if I needed any help while shopping by Adam. He was super friendly and not overbearing like some sales associates can be especially in RH. We got talking and I told him I was from Chicago visiting Nola and he also gave me great insight on the city and were to venture too. It's nice to know the employees here aren't all & only about making a sale; they are just generally friendly. All in all a good experience for me!
