By far my worst experience with Ray Brand Infiniti of Metairie. When I first bought my car in on 8/1 the representatives assumed that i did not have an appointment before asking any questions. Even after setting an appointment the service person tells me they are not sure when they can get to my car and then proceeds to tell me he doesn't think they even work on these cars. I have been without my car for 5 days now. I've called multiple times just to get transferred and disconnected. Once I finally got in touch with someone I was told that I would get a call about my vehicle the next day but have not received a call yet. This is Terrible service compared to the service that I was given at Infiniti Of Lafayette who actually valued their customers time and money. I will not be bringing my car here again, I suggest you take your vehicle to Infiniti of Baton Rouge or Infiniti of Lafayette.

Phillip was awesome. He help us with the selection of our new car. He was very patient and willing to let us test drive as many cars till we were happy, ? pluse he done his homework on the vehicles. He made our car shopping experience a great one ??Thanks again Phillip!!

If you are just looking for parts, don't do it online. They won't get back to you, but they sure will stick you on the mailing list.Edit: Still getting the emails even after unsubscribing and no manager ever contacted me. Well run place here!

I had great experience with a great solid professional salesman Mr William Ghrist. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and he is also a very skilled salesman. I have bought 3 vehicles from infiniti, and he was my salesman each time. I love him,he don't mislead you, nor do he waste your time, hegel you in and out in a very timely manner. I also want to say that Mr. Jeff Lawrence in finance process my paperwork in a very timely manner. He was very professional and very knowledgeable as well. I will definitely be seeing them again in the future. I would recommend anyone looking for a great vehicle, and fast professional service to ask for Mr William Ghrist, and Mr. Jeff Lawrence.

Recommend for oil change and trie rotation only, as they do that promptly; scheduling any other service is pathetic… unusually long lead times and no loaners. On top of the poor service, they charge a 31/2% overcharge for using a credit card. The service advisors are very friendly and helpful but have no authority to change anything. Definitely do not recommend!

It is impossible to get timely service at this location. Scheduled an appointment with a specific description of issues on 1/21 for 2/11 (at the time, this was the earliest available) only to get there on 2/11 and be told by the INTAKE person that those things couldn’t be addressed today!!! The most awesome part was the next available appointment isn’t until 3/2! Keep in mind the car hasn’t even been evaluated to determine what it is they couldn’t address today. One of the issues is with a tire…if that’s not a standard thing to check, then what is?!?Beware before buying an Infiniti that will need to be serviced in this area because there aren’t many options. The service at this location has significantly declined over the past 3 years. Same day service is basically non existent, loaners are not offered and online scheduling is a complete joke. In fact, I was told today that the online scheduling date is the date for the car to be dropped off which is asinine considering you have to select whether you’ll drop off or wait for the car as part of the online scheduling process. Something is severely broken at this location and I haven’t been able to speak to a single individual with decision making authority to address concerns. Again, beware…
