He had tried other places in the area, but the staff here is so much more helpful, not to mention nicer! I went to buy him a surprise machine at a place in Kenner, and I feel like they blew me off because I was a woman! I told my husband I was so upset and we went back to Marse!”

“After a difficult drive from MI to LA towing a car behind a U-haul and then one of the straps coming off the tire of the car, we called U-haul in Metairie and talked to John. He put all calls on hold and talked us through getting the strap back on. Then my son came up with the brilliant idea that when we arrive we won't need to tow the car anymore. I can drive the U-haul and he can drive his car. Two hours later we arrive and not only did the next man assure me they have a silly rule about not being able to turn in the trailer but not the truck, but he sent me out to Charlie who was equally as nice. Then John comes out and greets us with, "u all made it". This man who never met us and talks to a multitude of ppl all day remembered talking to us and came out to greets us. Thank you”

“U-Haul Headquarters! From the time I called to ask questions to driving away with a small 4x8 enclosed trailer, staff and equipment all top notch. Darius made what seemed to be a complicated situation for me seamlessly happen. Not only figured out the light kit I needed to order but also installed it in less than an hour. He literally hooked me up with the correct ball on my hitch and ensured my trailer was connected securely. There were some other details to my experience here that all were handled with excellent customer service with several employees.
