“Isabella is such a sweetheart! Give this girly a raise!! She was super informative. Have such a comfy vibe and went through my picked items and helped me pick out raw hide vs not. Being I wanted to stick to a certain diet. She seemed happy to be there and actually wanted to talk to us as customers. Jefferson feed always has a variety. Love this store! Took a friend to check it out and brag on it. They loved it as well. Reasonable prices ! 10/10”

“Not good at all. I spoke to the Groomer two times prior to my appointment for my Cat and NEVER ONCE did she mention age was a factor when grooming a cat at Petco. In fact she ask me how old my cat was and I told her and again never said anything about an age requirement. Plus Petco had my cat vaccination records since I had just had her vaccination a week before and my cat age is on there. Still the groomer never called me to say she could not groom my cat. So, Monday June 17, 2024 at 9:00am appointment we. Petco in Metairie, Louisiana. We get there and we meet the groomer and she begins to tell me everything she will do for my cat. I was very satisfied, then she ask me how old my cat was and I told her and she said “We can’t take her, we only take up to a certain age “ and I said what? I talk to you twice on the phone and you never said anything about this and I told you what age my cat was. She said we can’t take your cat it’s store policy. Well, I think that is the first question they should ask the customer. I had to drive 10 miles to bring my cat for nothing. I’m very disappointed. I think this is Age Discrimination again at my Cat. Never going back to Petco again.”

“I went there to get fox urine and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had dog food and dog toys and other dog items. They even had two, I think English bulldog puppies for sale. Of course I couldn't help but pet them.”
