Pearls Place gave me my dream dress!!! I Wanted poofy, extra, and over the top. I found my dress, bought it, then had them ship it to my seamstress in my home town in Ohio. They did so with no issues. My seamstress added the butt bow, and this dress was ?!!!! Cannot thank my consultant Amanda enough for the help finding this. I love my dress!!! I highly recommend Pearls Place to anyone in need of a dress!!!

My best friend chose this place for her wedding dress and her bridesmaids dresses. From the beginning they weren't the nicest people, furthermore the quality of the dresses is very poor. They ordered the wrong size dresses for a few of us and of course there was no accountability. When I called to review my options in terms of alterations, they basically said there was nothing they could do for me. I live out of state so it was very hard to have the dress mail to me to then get it fixed. I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I will NEVER return to Pearl’s place nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! The service when looking for the dress is amazing but after they receive your hard earned money is a different story. I went to try on my dress after it came in and the service was horrible! First, they gave me the wrong dress. Then, she asked surprisingly, Wait, you’re the bride?” As if I’m not bridal worthy. I finally get the right dress and received no help whatsoever. I waited between 5-7 minutes standing in the door waiting to be zipped. I stood on the pedestal no one tried to fluff the train out, help with pictures, give advice on the dress or anything. The lady at the desk had a horrible attitude and was trying to force me to take the dress home that day when I was explaining to her my wedding isn’t until June and I only ordered that early because they told me it would take months to come in and only took 2 weeks. Fast forward to yesterday, I called to inform them that I was traveling from Baton Rouge(where I live now) to pick up my dress but hit traffic and I would make it there at 5:06. I understand they close at 5 but I didn’t ask to wait 30 mins to an hour it was just 6 mins. I could’ve chosen any dress shop but I chose to travel an hour+ to shop with them and they couldn’t be courteous of 6 mins! The lady on the phone was very rude, inconsiderate, and dismissive of the situation I was in especially being that my dress was completely paid off and all I had to do was grab it and go. When I expressed my concerns to the owner today over the phone he was dismissive and nonchalant basically stating they close at 5 and they have stuff to do. Their unprofessionalism and lack of care for the customers are truly disappointing. After they get your money they treat you like garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

In September, we dedicated four separate days to choose dresses with the ladies in my wedding party, spending numerous hours in the dress shop. Despite the staff recording details on index cards, the experience felt lackluster. However, since the ladies were content with their selections, we decided to proceed. Following their advice, I contacted them six months before the wedding for official sizing. To my surprise, they informed me they no longer carried that designer, showing little remorse. When I expressed my wish for prior notification, the response was dismissive, stating my last visit in September was a long time ago. Their unprofessionalism and lack of solutions are truly disappointing.

I was told I needed extra length on my dress paid for extra length and did not receive it got to the wedding the other bridesmaids dresses were longer than mines like what the hell called the shop the guy was not helpful at all I will never go to this bridal shop again I’m more than sure my dress got mixed up with someone else smh

They had the most beautiful gowns I have ever seen. My daughter bought her mother of the bride’s dress there. It was absolutely stunning & she had a million compliments on that dress. We looked everywhere for six months until we found Pearls. Go here first & save yourself time & money. Their dresses are fashion show runway dresses & you won’t see the other mother of the groom wearing it. By the way David’s Bridal is out of business.

Pearls Place was everything I wanted and more. I showed pictures of what I liked, and she brought me so many great options. My girls were also able to find their dresses. I walked out of here with the perfect dress for me.
