Jason is a miracle worker. My wife and I are elderly, and we rely on our old desktop computer for ordering groceries and many other necessities. We are very used to using our PC as it is, with its existing software. Change is very hard at our age. Then the PC suddenly died. Jason came to our home to fix it. He opened it, cleaned the inside, and almost like magic it worked again. It is still going strong, and we are very pleased. Thank you, Jason :-D

My laptop had been dead for a few months. Brought it in & put a rush on it ($65 extra). Turns out it was a ram card gone bad. Glad it hadn't been water damage! It was done the next day. Worth every penny! Jason & Christian are fabulous!!

Looking for computer shop that knows what they're doing. We had gotten hacked and had a difficult issue. Jason the owner and staff got us back on line with constant team work Till our issues were resolved and that was coming out to our home to make sure everything was working properly. They went over and above . I would recommend these guys for all your computer issues.

Jason was very helpful! I had an old corrupted hard drive I needed repaired and Jason did that and then some allowing me to recover an old bitcoin wallet I thought I lost. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

They have a great collection of parts for hobbyists. I went in to pick up some soldering wick (which they gave to me complimentary from their own supply!) to repair a mechanical keyboard. I definitely plan to come back for supplies for my other computer projects.

Pc Tune Ups is phenomenal. I had a great experience building my first custom PC at their shop. The staff were super helpful getting me exactly what I was looking for. I really can't express how much I appreciate the time they took in giving me the best advice for what I needed, and getting it done in the time I needed it.
