I went 5 different drug stores and Patio Drugs was the only one that had my medication. The staff was polite and very helpful as well.

We are currently receiving prescription delivery from Patio Drugs and I am so impressed with the service received. Refills are filled and delivered the same day no matter what time and the delivery people are so polite, patient and never complain about late deliveries.

Patio’s staff members are professional, efficient, welcoming, and enthusiastic. My semi-annual injections are always ready, and I’m served promptly upon arrival.

Patio drugs is always professional and delivers my son’s medicine the day of. My son has a rare disease and often gets sick. He needs a compounded med to keep him out of the hospital. Patio is one of the very few pharmacies that compounds meds. The staff is always kind when I call. I’ve never experienced anything less than great customer service. Thankful for this pharmacy.

This pharmacy has been slowly but surely revealing that they do not take customer service seriously. Every single thing has changed since I transferred my prescriptions here. The telephone rep is rude and appears to have a lack of understanding for customer service. They magnify the services they offer to get you in once you are on board they change how they talk and interact as well. My medications are never in stock and has to be ordered. Most often what is ordered is incorrect but I accept it to prevent further complications. Overall I rate the staff and pharmacist as rude and provide just enough to get paid. There is no compassion especially when they are wrong. They are too prideful and refuse to admit their mistakes. I don't recommend this pharmacy if you need immediate prescriptions and delivery, it's always a delay and an excuse.

Walked around for ten minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. When I asked for help, lady pointed at a peg rack..big help. Place isn't very well stocked for post surgery needs...had one blow up rubber donut..no memory foam..nothing.
