This is a really nice Mazda dealership with helpful and attentive staff. In my experience it is one of the nicest car dealerships in the area. They have an extremely clean interior space with very nice spaces for customers to view vehicles and to just sit down and enjoy a wonderful selection of coffee. They have an excellent coffee machine here that lets you select a nice range of different caffeinated beverages. They even have a gift shop with a good selection of Mazda clothing and other Mazda gear for the true Mazda fans. I'm rarely impressed by car dealerships these days but Paretti Mazda does demonstrate they operate at a higher level than much of the other competition in the area.

I just bought a New 2023 CX30 2.5 Premium. The sales staff was so nice to me and helpful: From the sales person Alex, to the Finance person Brett and the sales manager . They were not pushy. They found me the best interest rate that they could. They were patient... they even went out of their way to get the car that I wanted from Covington in an hour. They answered all of my questions and Alex spent a lengthy time showing me all the features of my new car.She was so nice and professional. I loved working with her and her team. Also I love my new car very much. It's beautiful and turns heads I am so grateful. It seems like it's hard to find good customer service these days. I am glad I found it at Parretti Mazda. Called the dealership up asked if they had a certain model. They did. Made an appt, tried the vehicle out. Asked them the price. Told them I would take it, that I had my own financing and I would be back by the end of the week. Have the papers ready. It was no high pressure sells involved. I showed up a week later with the check. And proof of insurance. Picked up the keys and drive off. For over a year I went once a month for an oil change. (I was driving a 1300 miles a week). Never had a moments problem. She still runs great and I will definitely buy here again. When it is time for a new vehicle

BUYERS BEWARE Absolutely one of the worst dealerships personnel wise, don’t let the nice facility fool you. I purchased a Land Rover there a few months ago from TREY…and since he was too lazy or incompetent (probably both) to do his job and request a the title of the truck I traded in from the bank I started receiving threatening letters from their attorney. With no prior communication they had an issue. Absolutely unacceptable for this to happen. I just can’t believe a dealership that claims to be “part of the community” would do something like this, especially when the problem is theirs to fix. All it took to fix the issue was a five minute call which I had to make and have the title sent to them. That was too hard for them I guess. So don’t worry TREY I did your job for you, good looking out. I had a gut feeling something was going to go wrong from the second I walked in there. I am now going to try to warn people away from there as much as possible, I hope you are fired TREY

Scheduled an appointment eight calendar days in advance for a manufacturer recall. Made the effort to drop the car off the night before, because I knew I wouldn't be there when they opened at 7:30 AM. I got a call at 9:30 that the part to be replaced was not in stock and my vehicle would not be ready for at least another day. Why did I make an appointment? Thank goodness I didn't plan to show up and wait for service! They also denied my request for a loaner. Picked up my car with no work done. If they can't have a common part on hand for a scheduled recall service, I'm scared to let them torque a bolt.The sad thing is that their mechanics are probably talented and underpaid, but the front end experience is so bad that I'll never know.Good luck finding the key drop. They told me I "didn't go far enough;" I walked around the place for 20 minutes and ended up hiding my key under a traffic cone.No kidding gonna drive to Houma or Baton Rouge to get my fuel pump replaced. Would not trust Paretti Mazda to replace my wiper blades.

I found a used 2013 Mazda 5 here. It was bought here and traded in 10 years later. Paretti went through that car and replaced or repaired anything that they knew it needed to drive well. They even changed the batteries in the key fobs. Matthew was helpful and even took it to the gas station and filled it up. I think I got a good deal.

I have never had a better experience at a dealer or auto repair shop! I take my vehicle here for inspections and the process is both predictable and reliable: (1) drop off my vehicle at the service area where I'm greeted by a friendly staff member. (2) Wait in the comfortable, large, and clean waiting area which feels more like the lobby of a nice hotel! Complimentary coffee, water, and snacks available! (3) Get a text notification with a full narrated video inspection of the vehicle and the option to approve or decline additional service options.As long as I live here I will never go anywhere else. Thank you for the prompt, friendly, and transparent service! Can't recommend enough.

I was shopping for a fuel efficient car and happened upon Bruce James at Paretti Pre Owned. Bruce helped me with care and politeness. He was informative, yet not high pressure. He found me a car that I am , so far, extremely satisfied with. If you are looking for a pre owned car, I suggest both Paretti and Bruce.

From the moment I bought my cx9 from Ed to the service, everything is always great. The blonde female service agent is absolutely awesome. I'm sorry I forgot her name. She's so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm in and out quickly and today she helped me with key fob covers. Never knew they even made them. I highly recommend this place!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Paretti. The entire team was absolutely fantastic, especially our salesman Bruce. Bruce has world class customer service skills and he was extremely helpful and courteous during the entire process. I will definitely be back in the future. Writing this review six months out because I still love this car! In November, I was considering buying a new car but didn't need one. I really liked the Mazda 6 and came in just to talk about it and test drive. I didn't think I would buy a car for a few months or possibly not at all, and I was intimidated to come in and get sweet talked into buying one. Luckily Alex was my saleswoman and test drove with me. I didn't like the size and feel of the Mazda 6 and was disappointed, til Alex suggested I try the CX-30. I never thought I would get anything larger than my Corolla, but the car was beautiful and perfectly compact, bigger than a sedan but smaller than an SUV. I was so impressed I even put a deposit down that day to get one coming in. I never expected to put money down on a car that day or had even heard of the CX-30 but now I love it and am so happy with my purchase! Alex never made me feel stupid and I was so glad that I lucked out by having a female salesperson because I was nervous coming in alone as a young woman. She REALLY SOLD me a car and went above and beyond showing me the features and set up! Without Alex I would definitely not have bought a Mazda and maybe not have gotten a new car at all.
