They will tell you every lie possible except the truth about why my car has been in the shop for 4 months and they still haven’t sent the documents I’ve asked for since the first week. No accountability for this body shop, the manager probably couldn’t hold a position at McDonald’s.

Mazda as usual helped us with great service and Amy was stellar. Our CX5 was totalled and picking a new one was a pleasant experience. Thanks to both Amy and Tim and everyone else there.

We brought our car here after my son’s accident and it sat for a week with no communication to us before we even received an estimate. The only reason we received an estimate after a week is because we called and told them we were picking up the car to get someone else to work on it. The estimate we did receive was an outrageous price and this was before they even looked to see what was mechanically wrong with the car! The place we moved it to got it done quickly and at half the price! The dealership is great, but I would avoid the collision center at all costs!

I really hate giving 1 star reviews so here’s 2. I understand that a lot was going on at this place of business with the staff. They seemed to have fired the entire office staff. I wasn’t able to contact anyone at the office for over a month. I have recently made contact with the “new”manager so that I could bring my car in and he stated that he would email me the paperwork to sign regarding me handing over my vehicle and to no avail the email never came. I had to step back and just realize “when it ain’t workin’ it just ain’t working” so I washed my hands with them and found another shop. Maybe they will have things straightened out in the future, but right now it just ain’t working!

My vehicle has been there 4 months. The general manager, Richard Finley, lies with such sociopathic ease in his dealings with cuatomers and becomes belligerent when approached. This perhaps would not be of concern were vehicles not routinely is his body shop 3-6 months. Yet, this dealership has no competion within 150 miles. As such, Paretti need not modify their systems or processes and is one bereft of accountability. As a result, the corporate culture is cancerous and will continue to metastasize unabated.Services: Painting

My car been in this shop since July 16 until now that's 28days and counting because my sunroof glass need to be replaced and they said it's on back order. I have a 2013 Jaguar XJL. The manager Josh and the body service advisor Casey never have a answer on when will my glass be ship or deliver. It's always I don't know and we have no way to find out because it's coming from the UK. I think that's some bad communication between US and UK. I will never buy another Jaguar and I can't wait to trade this car, so I want have to deal with this bad customer service again.
