My service and provider were very pronpt and courteous. They took proper covid safety precations. The doctor was very nice and polite. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I highly recommend this clinic. I am a very satisfied patient.

I went in for 3pm on 3/5/2024 to see My Primary Doctor RICHARD IMsais to start I have never been treated and talked to the way this man did I told him everything I was going through and he recommended a medication that did not agree with me for the second time he got up set and started yelling because I didn’t want what he was prescribing me which is the second time this has happened he then stated there is 100 other doctors and I can get out he refuse to give me any type of treatment for relief and stated to leave and walked out the room My per veterinarian treat my animal better than I have been treated for the second time I pay for insurance and I don’t deserve to be talked to or treated in this way I walked out to the lobby and another person stated they have the same problem with him fair practice and treatment was not there I TrueType think because I’m a African American is the reason My wife then states that my husband is only being honest with you about the medication you are recommending is making him feel worse he then turned around and said y’all can leave I have never ever been treaded this ever before considering this is not the first time he has acted in this manner I should have considered switching primary doctors the last time he tried switching medicines for no reason . Trying to fo,low my doctors recommendation the medicine had me on the floor with tears in my eyes because of the pain when I returned he stated this is what I recommend and that’s it well I didn’t continue to take it and have never had a problem with the old medicine ever which I am still taking he stated this how well the medicine was working meaning the one he said I should change doing so well with the one he tried changing before very contradictory I wouldn’t recommend this man to my worst enemy be careful with who you allow with your health and life I pray that some one address and correct this problem before someone loose their life being a test dummy and trusting someone that don’t have his patients in his best interest

This is my preferred place to go for my testing. This is such a convenient location and the staff is so nice and you get test results very quickly. Nice little convenient center. It has all kinds of things in it including an optometrist and a full lab. There are seven floors I believe so yes easy and easy out.

its pitiful I had an Issue with Dr Richard Imsais and the way he talk to me I reached out to Pantient services but help no one called me back or even tried reaching out to me I will not let this rest until someone talk to me this man have issues and I will never allow him to talk to me like he did I will not be perscirbed medicine that makes me feel wort than i did before i came to get assistance and advice

worst service and treatment i have ever ever experienced dt Richard Imsais was and has been rude since i started using him as my primary doctor well on 04/05/2024 because the medication he was trying to prescribe didnt not agree with my body he changed into a sarcastic person with a horrible attitude he got up set when i rejected the medicine he was trying to offer i was tod there is 100 doctors out there and to leave his office the pain i was in he didnt asist at all i have never been treated that way and i know other patients that have tyhe same problem i would not recomend this man to my dead grand mother horrible experience i reached out to patient service but no one has responded as of today shame on you i pray you get help considering so many people lives are trusted in your hands i rather go under the claiborne bridge and allow a homeless person to assist me i probably get better treatment

Ochnser Acts like they doing you a favorER Doctor (kenner) lied on a Family members chart they also want you to switch all your Doctors that are not with ochsner to ochnser Doctors. Why should you have to switch if they need your medical records from an outside specialist they can request them. Ochsner only cares about the all mighty dollar not their patient. Will have to find someone who cares about their patient...
