NTB was quick in helping me replace this Michelin tire that got damaged beyond repair/patch. I had bought a complete set of 4 Defender-2 and was extremely pleased with them and NTB’s service. Not sure what I rolled over, but as always NTB was prompt and courteous with this issue.

I had front and rear shocks and struts and sway bars replaced. The mechanics did a thorough and excellent job. My car ran like new, like a charm and haven't had any issues since. I always go to NTB because the staff are always professional and go above and beyond to make sure you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle and do a top notch job. They took 4.5 hours to do a 20 minute job after I was told it would take 1.5 hours. That was with an appointment. Dash cameras are very revealing…. ??
