Never ever going back there again after what I experienced, go in to drop my prescription off as I have been doing for years, and now this new person is telling me I can’t do that cause I may be too early. Not only that, the lady the usually helps me just sit there right on side of her and did not say a thing. I really don’t wanna pull the race card but damn 5 years and you still wanna see my license just to drop off, and I can’t even open the medication by hand because they are too lazy to put a slit in it. Time after time it’s a problem. I don’t understand why it has to be this way!!!! Sat out front for a few minutes now I see why.

The staff and pharmacy are friendly and service is quick. Also great deals in the store while you wait. I think now I can stay out of Walmart as often. Glad to patronize this establishment.

Why did the cashier ask me if I wanted my change? It was only a penny but she didn’t know my financial situation, and if that penny would be needed later. I have NEVER been asked this question in a store. If she did this to every customer who came in the pharmacy, at the end of the day she might have a tiny little sum of money.

I dont understand some of these negative reviews. I had no issues. Dropped my script off and within hour or two they called saying it was ready. Their price was half of cvs. I switched due to cvs coupon system and goodrx was down due to "security breach" or something.

This place is truly outrageous and a rip off. But don't ask to speak with anyone of authority because there just gonna give you the line Zack told them to give you. Which is I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do. But what they really mean is I can't do anything but take your money. Shame on you Zack for giving me the wrong medication without telling me and for not returning my call..

Have not been pleased at all lately with this pharmacy. They never have a particular prescription in stock. Called in refill prescription yesterday for a different prescription & it was supposed to be ready today at 10:00 am. Got there at 3 pm & of course nothing had been filled. They asked me to wait for it while it was filled. After 15 minutes of waiting…not in stock & don’t know when they will have it? It took 15 minutes to figure this out. Too many high school kids working there.

I have been going to NOLa discount pharmacy for over 1 year now and every time I get a prescription filled the staff is very accommodating and friendly, the wait is never long, and their is a great coffee shop across the street!
