After calling different insurance companies for hours I stumbled upon My Affordable Healthcare. Luke was beyond helpful. He made the process quick and easy. I was walked through the process and was able to sign up for a new policy the same day. I highly recommend them.

My son aged out of the LA CHIP Medicaid program and lead agent, Luke Prados, got my son approved for a no-premium Marketplace plan through Blue Cross in one day. Luke knows his business well. He was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I will definitely recommend My Affordable Healthcare to anyone with health insurance needs.

Luke is a GEM! He has patiently helped me through every hiccup and issue that our difficult insurance/healthcare system threw at me, as well as communicating clearly, simply, and quickly, as well as helping me to understand every step and detail along the way. **UPDATE** Once being set up with a policy you will never hear from Luke again. He was great at first, but once he gets that sale he is not interested in answering any other questions or helping any further with the policy.Luke was great. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find an affordable health care plan. I’m so glad I gave him a call.

I have tried applying for Medicaid for family or friends multiple times and it would never work. There would always be an error and it ends up being denied until I called and got help from Luke! Can I just say he did all the work and made everything so easy to understand! And in the end he got my husband a plan for free, I still don’t believe it. It’s a real life saver, I really appreciate everything he did. There was a technical error and he kept at it for a whole week until it was resolved! Simple’s amazing costumer service, such a polite and patient guy. Great job and thank you.
