They were professional, fast, and did a great job tinting my car in about two hours. Best part is the location because you can just walk across the street and go to the mall while you wait.

Had issues with communication upon purchase of some stock wiring and the issue was resolved by clarification/refund. Customer service is top notch even with the mishap. Just waiting for refund to hit my account to add 5 stars. Thanks again guys.

I understand it's tough to receive a critical review, especially as a small business. My intention isn't to harm your reputation, but rather to share my experience transparently. While I support small businesses, it's also important for customers to know when there's a significant markup on materials, especially when comparing with other options like Amazon. Which any store can buy from, in bulk. I believe open feedback helps everyone improve, and I'd hope other potential customers appreciate the transparency too.
I appreciate your perspective, and I understand the challenges that small businesses face, especially in competing with large corporations like Amazon. My intention was never to undermine the hard work and dedication you put into your business. However, as a customer, transparency in pricing is crucial to me. My review was not just about the pricing itself but about how it was presented. I believe that breaking out the costs, including any markups for warranties, would give customers more clarity and choice, which might actually benefit your business in the long run.
I also respect your flexibility and willingness to adjust your schedule to meet my deadline, and I acknowledge that you provide the option to bring in outside materials. My feedback is intended to encourage more openness in pricing so that others, like myself, can make informed decisions.
As a logistician, I do understand economies of scale, but I also believe that transparent communication is key to maintaining trust with customers. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as it's meant to help improve the experience for both your business and future customers.

Great experience from scheduling to job completion!
Staff is friendly and professional and made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. The tint installer is great- definitely the best tint job I’ve seen. Didn’t catch her name, but would def shout her out.
Will be returning for more tint and audio needs.
