This law firm used to be amazing. My good friend worked there and I am in the legal field. Management changed a year or two ago and in the fall a new, unqualified woman took over. She claims she is the new boss and owner. Most of the staff quit or was laid off. If the staff and attorneys are treated this horrible by this new owner then imagine the clients. Brandner needs to get rid of the problem and before the ships sinks fully.

Mike Branders office was so fast on returning my call once I submitted my inquiry regarding my car accident. They have been on top of everything since the beginning, and always made sure to call me and make sure I was doing ok, which made me very happy. I really appreciate Regina, my paralegal, for always keeping me on the loop with the case. It was an overall great experience and I can’t recommend them enough.

Please, do not believe the commercial about Mike Bradner Law Firm. They did not get my husband and I the money that we deserved . In fact we were pushed to the side like little rag dolls. My husband and I was involved in a wreck that was not our fault. We were stopped at a red light, hit from behind twice in a pile up with two other cars. I was pregnant at the time the wreck occurred. Could’ve lost my baby and all. Our vehicle was totaled. We lost a lot due to this wreck. The wreck was caused by a drunk driver that tried to run after they caused the wreck. They hit a car that then hit us and we ended up getting hit twice from behind while sitting at the red light. We had to go to the hospital to get checked out because my neck was killing me and I was dizzy. The second car that hit us walked away from the wreck with more money and our hospital bills aren’t taking care of. This happened back in 2020. We are still to this day getting calls from a third party collection agency for our hospital bill and they were told by Brook from this law firm, that we are responsible for the bill when all this should’ve been covered under our lawsuit. I keep calling to speak with Brook and I’m always told that she is on lunch. I have never got a phone call back or nothing and this been going on for over a year now. It was a mistake going with this law firm and I wish I would’ve let someone else take on our case that would’ve fought for us and took our situation more seriously.

I was involved in an auto accident on the I-10 Westbound in New Orleans in 2019. This accident involved a couple of cars but was caused by a commercial vehicle that lost control. I was not at fault. I called the Lea office of Micheal Brander to handle my damages and he passed the case on to the law office of LaHale in Metairie. I have yet to have my case settled. Three plus years, in pain, wrecked truck, no repairs.Don’t believe the television hype. Get a better lawyer!Calvin Lee

So far. So good. Was struck by a minor no license. My pride and joy... A working man headed to an emergency call. Old bones hurt. Game face. Fiance with covid. Tired. Going slow. But. I try to understand. Im just scared. Feeling old. My faith is in this Mans firm. I do feel secure in my decision of representation.

I suffered a bad slip and fall accident a couple years ago. Still waiting. I have had at least 3 different people handling my case. They don’t return calls or keep you informed as to your case. At least not mine. The last attorney I spoke with was super rude to me. I’m still waiting to hear about my case. I won’t use them again for anything.

A few days ago I reviewed this Attorney’s staff. Well apparently someone must have read these reviews and Lo and behold. I received a very pleasant call from the attorney assigned to my case with a very pleasant and Courteous call updating me regarding my Slip and Fall case. Thank you. I know slip and fall are hard cases but I have had 2 surgeries and may need a third. It’s real. The attention I think I’m getting now is real and being more seriously.
