Whoever handles the phone calls is extremely rude. Told him never mind because the wait was too long (not being rude whatsoever) and he goes 'Yeah that's what I just told you." and hangs up on me

Tried calling a cab. The man on the phone was very rude. And was giving me attitude all because I could barely hear him. If this is how they treat callers, I can only imagine how they treat their riders.

When catching a flight, we schedule a ride with Metry Cab. They are always on time (sometimes early, which I now know and plan accordingly), have reasonable fairs, and clean vehicles. Bonus: when traveling alone, I feel safer with them than with ride share.

Pulled into the parking lot of my destination, passed it and caught a glimpse my driver looking at his phone as soon as a black vehicle started to pull out. I had to take it upon myself to tell him to stop. Had i not, it would have been a head on collision. He then hit the breaks and loudly yelled profanities. Maybe he forgot that there was a passenger in the car, or that he was in a literal parking lot. Regardless most people dont leave reviews unless it was genuinely a poor experience. Super unprofessional 0/10 would not recommend
