Very bad service and very prejudiced if you’re not Spanish good luck on getting taken care of in there. Young man was taking care of me until another gentleman walked in. Ask the guy twice how much longer he would be with my stuff. Ignored me both times he was too tied up with the conversation he was having. I waited on him for 30 min finally just walked out. Looks like this day and age we wouldn’t have this problem but here we are . He lost out on a 900 sale and a customer. Went to Verizon they where happy to help me

Me and my daughter has had the same phone plan for five years or Plus everything is been great . Until she went to college, in a different state and had to buy a new phone because her's broke. I have to admit I was a little concerned about being a longtime customer and not getting the same treatment as you would as a new customer and getting signing up. But at this store I did not receive that attitude. AYLEEN was more than helpful. She was able to fix my problem and also had great customer service skills! I will only be going to THIS store from now on!
