Business done well! Compared to 2222 Clearview Pkwy locale which I left because the door was closed then I see the worker walk past me & not say sorry I was eating. SMH. Went to the other store got great customer service from the dude their. I just wish they put on the site about how you can't get iPhones etc they kinda false advertise but obviously not this store the company... Itself. So 5* for service & 4 overall.

This place is ridiculous! I purchased an iPhone for my granddaughter on the 13th of September. She didn't want that kind of phone so I returned it immediately! I used my credit card and was charged almost 70.00! They reassured after being there for a couple of hours that to leave my number and they'll call me when it was taken care of...., I'm still waiting. That rip off place SmartPay is trash! They are constantly giving me the runaround! I went to metro again because they were still charging me for the phone that they have and I still have to pay 2 dollars and change for a phone that's in their possession! I asked for something/paperwork on that transaction. The guy said he doesn't have it! I've been with them for a while! Since the merge they customer service on the phone and in person is horrifying! After I get this mess straight....I'm moving on!!!???

I stopped by to ask for help with my phone. The girl politely ask me for my password I told her that was the problem it wouldn't let me enter a password. I said try it it won't let you enter she kept insisting that she needed my password So I gave her my password she said I had attitude and that she couldn't help me have a nice day. There's no need to be rude just because it's that time of the month.

I wanted to give no stars but that wasn't an option. The manger at their store said the IPhone Se was 50 dollars and that was based on my old Sprint number. She then said an otter box was free. When I got to work I looked at the receipt and saw she charge me for the otterbox. I called and said I was on my way back. She then called and said that is how their store work, $50 iPhone fee. I went to store and showed her my receipt and she changed her story again. I ask her to refund the otterbox and she refused. She said she could only refund everything. I would lose my number and couldn't get the promotion at another metropcs. The manager had a very ugly attitude. She said she called the owner but I couldn't talk to the person. Please please don't go to this store. They will use any tactic to get you money.
