Had to come into the store to buy 2 new phones. I met Melissa, She is an angel! She's professional, polite, and super on top of everything!! She van do it all! Made my experience having to go into the store super easy! I had my 3 babies with me and she was patient with them also. Y'all go to metro on cleary and see Melissa! She is awesome!!!

1 month ago I went there at 10:30 am & the store was not open. 3 days ago I went to give new card info. Well both people working were Spanish & there was a Spanish customer. While I was explaining my situation they all started speaking Spanish & started laughing after looking at me. I said that I thought it was extremely rude cuz it feels like yall are talking about me. They all turned red. Well I cursed & was told they wouldn't help me. I get that part but this isn't the first time I've there & have had this happen to me. Why aren't there any English speaking employees???? I'm seriously thinking about changing my carrier!!! This was on Downs Blvd in Metairie, La.

If I could give no stars I would. Jackie and the other loose women working there need to stay out of married people's business. It is not your concern what my husband & I discuss or your place to ask my husband if he's ok once I step outside for a minute. These women are simply trashy. After u lost our business over the nokia we didn't want, we left and ordered 2 new stylus 5g 2022 phones plus 2 Samsung watches from T-Mobile. Act professional & u could of got the sale. Disrespectful girls. That's me putting it nicely!

this metro pc on cleary avenue is unethical and unprofessional. the cashier did not have on her mask covering her mouth during covid 19. poor customer service and manger on duty not attentive to paying customer. A employee wearing a black shirt at the cleary store was being rude, being on her phone while talking with customers, refusing services when she was not doing anything, refused to call a manager to try and reconcile and make the situation better, refused to give customer her name so she could report. This employee was annoyed from the jump when asked for assistance and had no plans on giving great customer service. She handled the situation very poorly by pre-judging, the customer, refusing service because of a simple question to pay a phone bill and called the police. She did not want to be wrong at all in the situation... why work for customer service ?
