I had a phenomenal experience with Janice!! She gave me a wonderful facial. My face was left glowing and I feel like a completely different person!! As well, Janice gave me my second ear hole piercing! She left my ears with no pain and guided me through the directions on keeping them clean with a solution bottle!! I 100% Recommend going to Janice for any cosmetics ! She has a variety of EVERYTHING you need!! I would NEVER think twice about going to Merle! ❤️?

The quality of Merle Norman Cosmetics is unmatched. I have been using their products for years. I personally love their Brilliant C skin care line. Both of my daughters have gotten their ears pierced at the Severn location. Each time the process was very smooth. I really appreciate the patience and care the Beauty consultants offer at Merle Norman. They take the time to color match each client and offer makeup consultations.

Great experience with my daughters ear piercing! Janice took her time with the placement and was gentle and caring with our fussy 4 month old. Would highly recommend all my friends and family to bring their children here for ear piercings!!

Person behind the counter didn't really know a whole lot about makeup. There were used products left on a table from a previous demonstration. I had to go back to the store because my powder was broken, she didn't even check the product.Save your money and time.

We have had the pleasure of having Janice pierce both of our daughters ears. She is extremely professional and clean. Very attentive with children. I highly recommend her for not only children but adult ear piercings as well. Her shop is always clean! Not to mention we buy all of our skin care and makeup from there as well. It’s a one stop shop!

I had an excellent experience at Merle Norman getting my daughter’s ears pierced. Janice was friendly, quick, and made sure that the area was clean and her tools were sterile. Bonus is that she can take care of all of your skin care and makeup needs in one place. Everything about my experience was great. I would absolutely recommend Merle Norman!

Have tried different products from Merle Norman & lovvvedd them! The owner Janice recently pierced my daughters ears and it was such a breeze. My daughter didn’t flinch at all. Janice is so nice & funny she did what she had to do to make us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend for skin care & piercings!! :)

Merle Norman has the best matte Foundation!! She has a ton of awesome makeup products & skin products!! Janice also pierced my daughter’s ears, very clean & professional!! Definitely recommend this place for makeup & skin products.
