Came in for a scratch on my Tesla. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. They did an exceptional job fixing my car. If I ever need body work on my Tesla again will definitely be back. Great job!

They lack communication, and they tried to charge me $700 + labor to fix my taillight when it was covered under warranty. Thankfully my service advisor told me it was free after I went to the dealership.

Fantastic work on our Model Y. Everything you'd want from a body shop.
1) Great final work
2) They fully detailed the car for before pickup.
3) Communication from Emily was AMAZING. Updates every few days and very responsive and helpful/knowledgeable with all our questions through the insurance process.
Hopefully never have to be at the body shop again but would definitely go here if that were to ever arise again!

I would recommend avoiding this place. Have a Tesla, and it's only one of two spots in the area, so use the other one. They kept it for literally 4 months. They also charged our insurance company ridiculous prices claiming they needed to use special equipment when the insurer said that wasn't applicable for this repair. They also tried to charge us above and beyond the initial estimates - fortunately the insurance company took care of it. My sense was just that they see Teslas as an excuse to charge as much money as they can and their estimates of costs and expected dates mean nothing. I was really upset with my experience here.

This is hands down the best collision center I've ever been to. Mike and his entire team deserve so much praise for the way they treated me as a customer. My car was fixed in a timely manner and u can't even tell it was ever in an accident, their body work is immaculate , it even has new car smell again ! I'm honestly not even sure how they managed to pull that off but thanks ! These guys, and girls over at Mercedes-Benz are the real deal !

Was referred to MB Collision Center for body work repairs. Typical put estimate together ($4,600) and I told them I had another place I was going to get estimate. They fixed it for free, yes $0. Total rip off at MB. Caveat Emptor. For y’all reading this at Mercedes that means “buyer beware”. MB knows how to destroy customer goodwill.

This place is horrible… Poor customer service… The staff are rude and racist… They are slow and they don’t call you for updates… I took my car there yesterday and the staff are so rude… They have bad attitudes… The whole place is so un-inviting… I would never recommend this place to anyone… They were not any help at all… He told me that it will take them 2 weeks just too look @ my car… He told me that my car is in 60th place too get fixed…Service: Body & Trim

Among going to pick up my car they damage my rim and tire and blamed me for it saying i drove the car for 40,000 miles and they only drove it for 1 , also i the car was just fixed very poorly they were not any help at all never bring my car here again !!

My car looks brand new! Although it took longer than expected, everything was handled very professionally. They reached out to insurance to get rest of payment from the adjusters and everything was smooth sailing from there! Will definitely come back for excellent service. ?

Paid for a part March 2022. I couldn’t reach anyone to get the repair done. Finally got an appointment in August 2022. After 12 days in shop, they cleaned the car and DID NOT PUT THE NEW PART I PAID FOR ON THR CAR!! This is called FRAUD. They billed the insurance for work they did not do. Gayle Benson should be ashamed to own a dealership that is fraudulent and offers some of the worse service in the country.

Came in for an estimate on damage to my bumper. They broke my spoiler (on the trunk, not the bumper) in 3 places, and didn't say anything about it. When confronted, they gave me some made up response about how they needed to see what color the paint was under the spoiler and refused to make it right.
