Worst truck test drive I've ever been through, the salesman DOUG knew for a week that I was interested in a truck and wanted to trade mine in the vehiclewasnt clean had 0 fuel so little fuel we barely made it to the race trac to put gas,he so severely LOWBALLED my trade I walked off the lot got in my truck and left! I don't recommend this dealer and will never return. Wish I could give it negative STARS!!!

I wrote a review about 2 years ago with a 5 star rating….now I’m back to rewrite one….so I recently went to refinance my car which was told to me I could do after 6 months to a year, but after 2 I decided it was a good idea…well only to find out how screwed i got by the dealership, how much they over priced and charged me….i guess being a woman and going there by myself must have seen me coming easy target….so I definitely got taken advantage of, nothing I can do about it now. But should have known something was sketchy when I kept getting called about a higher down payment. So I’ve basically been upside down when I bought my vehicle….thanks Jimmy!

SOLD ME A LEMON! I bought a 2017 Infiniti Q50 for $21,000. It stalled out a week later and now we are having to replace the radiator and get new front brakes costing $6,000. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM, OR AL!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Bought a car , drove off the lot not even A HOUR later the car was running hot . I put coolant in it the coolant came right out . There’s a hole in it . They REFUSE to give me my money back . I worked my butt off saving money for a car for them to give me a LEMON ! NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE ! PLEASE TAKE YALL MONEY TO ANYBODY ELSE !
Now I’m out almost 4 grand and still have to fix a “new car” .

Great company to work with, especially Albert! I do a lot of research, have a lot of questions and take my time, but Albert was there for me every step of the way. Drove 3 hours to see the car, took my time inspecting it, everything checked out, drove 3 hours home in my new ride and love it!

Steer clear of this place. Bought a vehicle and within 48 hours it wasnt working . They would not come pick the vehicle up. They told us to keep trying to get it started. We finally did and brought it to them and yes they did fix it but left us with no vehicle. The owner said we were on our own about pertaining to that! I just think that’s bad business , if it was my customer I would not have left us with no vehicle which hindered my work for a couple of days. I had just put a large amount of money down on a vehicle, there was no way I was forking out more money for a rental!
Calling me a liar is making me want to post all of the text messages which back up everything I said!
