Wow! This place has taken a complete nosedive. The food was inedible. The sandwiches are soggy, the meat was fatty and tasted off, even the bag of chips are stale. Overall, the terrible food quality and horrible service made for a miserable dining experience. Save your money on this overpriced, slowest ever, quick service food hall and AVOID this place at all costs.

The deli here is a hidden gem for lunch! They have a great Reuben and reasonable prices. Definitely the place if you want a sandwich. They also have every alcohol available, with a staff who are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for!

Phenomenal experience. All of the staff was friendly, warm and knowledgeable. The food in addition to the bourbon/tequila/wine offerings were nothing short of amazing.

Have loved Martin’s for many years. My go to was a tuna salad sandwich because they used albacore white tuna. No longer is that used and it is not nearly as good. Also they’ve done away with canned soft drinks to use fountain drinks. Perhaps these two changes are related to more money but it is quite disappointing. So I don’t go there for tuna anymore and not nearly as often as I used to, which was 2-3 times a week. I went today for the first time in 3-4 months sadly.
