The owner of this business is one of the most honest people I have ever met in the car repair business. Without an appointment, he assessed my vehicle, ordered the part & 3 days later it was installed for 1/5 the cost of other larger repair shops. Please get a quote from this shop before accepting the over inflated cost of other repair shops! You will not be disappointed.

Best shop ever! They fixed my car on the spot! Super friendly, professional, excellent value, and honest! They gave my daughter snacks as we waited in their air conditioned lobby and their shop dog is the cutest. When the part I needed was on back order everywhere, they figured out how to repair the part I had and did a great job. They even filled up my washer fluid after the dealership left me dry!As a single woman from out of state, it was hard to know who to trust when it comes to car repairs and these guys are the real deal. I wish I could always come here! If you're in Nola and need anything they cover, I'd choose Marshall Brothers every time.

Al and the people at Marshall Brothers Collision Center are amazing. Super responsive and efficient andddd affordable. I messed up my front fender came across this shop on Yelp. Believe me, the reviews are real! I reached out in the morning and Al responded quickly! I went in and I was out within the hour. So thankful for them and would definitely come back here if I needed any body work done on my car!

I called ahead to Marshall Brothers and spoke with Al. He told me to bring my car in to check out the damage on a recent collision I was involved in. He fixed it on the spot and was super kind! Could not be happier with the situation, and am SO grateful for them. Will be recommending them to everyone I know! AND they have an air conditioned waiting area, unlike most car shops around GNO area.

This was such an excellent experience for such an annoying thing to deal with (car maintenance). I used the Yelp quote system to get quotes from local collision centers regarding fixing this ugly dent on the back of my car. I heard back from four shops, and 3 of those 4 quoted me $500 and up, stating that they'd have to replace the part. However, Mr. Al from Marshall Brothers responded with a detailed message about my options for repair and realistic expectations for each; he also asked for my vin number to ensure that he could maneuver parts of the vehicle to get those results. He quoted me for the least expensive option and I JUMPED on it...it was so much more reasonable than replacing the entire back bumper as everyone else had suggested. I told Mr. Al when to expect me at the shop and when I showed up, he knew exactly what my vehicle needed and was finished in 1.5 hours. My expectations for molding the bumper back into shape were NOT high (refer to my first photo), but I was SO impressed and satisfied when I saw the results!! On top of that, Mr. Al was super friendly and communicative along the way. I hope to avoid further denting on my car(), but if I do ever have a need for a body work in the future, I'm coming here! Highly recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, answered phone quickly, were able to get me in for a quote within 10 minutes, then returned the estimated quote within a few hours. Looking forward to continuing business with them. The reviews definitely hold true. Update: my car was fixed and ready to go in one day but they were able to hold onto it no problem when i couldn't get there the first day before closing they even offered to wait for me to get there an hour after they closed. They even fixed an extra scratch that wasn't originally quoted Overall they went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend taking all of your needs here.

The owner/manager, Al Pilet, has taken such good care of my mom with her car issues. I've never encountered such wonderful personalized service. Al is reliable, knowledgeable, honest and kind, and I just can't say enough good things about him. If you have any need for a mechanic, or for body work on your car, this is definitely the place to go.
