I went into this store for the first time the evening of March 3, 2022. There were three employees there. Not one acknowledged me upon entering. I continued to look around and an employee passed me. Still no greeting or acknowledgement. It was surreal. I didn’t really find the clothing to be very enticing or unique. I was wondering what made them special. I saw a cute purse but upon further inspection, it wasn’t for me. I left the store and passed two employees on my way out. Still, no acknowledgement that I was ever even there. I won’t be back. Two stars because the experience was oddly comical.

While I was in the store, I believe the girl who was the manager, began a conversation with the other employees regarding Covid, shots, masks, the employees vaccination status, and the Covid Delta variant.This conversation seems highly inappropriate in front of customers, especially touching on the topic of the other employees vaccination status and compliance with masks.Even completely supporting of mask and vaccination, this seems like poor business and customer service. There are customers in the store not being helped and overhearing, what I personally feel is, private medical discussions and opinion.Unfortunately I ended up putting the items I intended to purchase back and leaving the store. Despite all of the personal views and experiences through the pandemic, there has to be boundaries and respect and watching this occur during business hours and in front of customers felt extremely disrespectful to the employees and customers.

I had the same experience as other reviewers. I entered with no greeting and noticed other customers being greeted when they entered. I think there may be an issue with this location because I don't have this issue when I go to other locations in other states

I absolutely love their clothes! The denim is hands down, the best out there for the price and for curvy gals. So many washes and styles and the fit is just right.

Madewell has great clothes! However I never buy anything from this one. Nobody ever speaks to me when I go in. It's like I'm invisible. Everyone else is getting greeted and helped except me. Maybe it's because i don't fit their typical demographic, they assume I'm not actually looking to buy clothes. Yesterday I tried to give it another shot and still nothing, the most I got was a mumbled hello. It is a super uncomfortable experience. I will stick to ordering online.

Most of these reviews are largely inaccurate or possibly outdated. The service is outstanding with enthusiastic and helpful employees. They get excited to help find perfectly fit denim. If you don't care to buy full price, they always have a hearty sale area in the back. They carry most of the online inventory and what they don't carry, they easily and quickly help you order online in store with free shipping. As for sizes, madewell has recently begun offering sizes ranging from petite to plus sizes and they offer curvy and tall fits. They even offer curvy tall combos for people like me in almost all their bottoms. There's a reason this brand is swiftly becoming a national favorite!

Clothes are only made for super skinny people! my sister who is 100lb fits into a small and the large isn't even a large. This store is not for everyone. Only for twigs which is super unfair for many females
