Arrived with a van loaded with mulch 6ft high per pallet and they wanted to do a drop load and have me use a pallet jack and bring them to the front so a forklift can unload. ( Didn't happen ). After I refused they gave me a dock 90 min later. took them 30 min to unload.Arrived at 09:15 Left at 11:30. Manager was trying to be slick is how I took it he was trying to get product unloaded in the storage area. Workers was cool and totally understood where I was coming from.

Was very disappointed with the associates knowledge of products I needed. I was sent to 4 locations looking for what I thought was a common product. I like the store and it's products. Ultimately I couldn't find what i was looking for.

Came to Lowe’s to purchase a few items. One of the items did not have a price tag and was poorly organized. When I went to check out, the cashier (5 year employee) started asking me for the cost/size. I explained I was unsure. Sure started getting angry and shaking her head. I decided not to give Lowe’s my business. She was plain rude.

They do not have anything I need there. The selection is awful of what they do have. Always disappointed. Looks like home Depot but is nothing like it.
O and the cashier manager is arrogant and out of line. IDC if she's been there 16 years. She lacks customer service skills and is grossly incompetent. Her knowledge of actual products, their uses and how inventory works is appalling. Usually I can pleasantly walk away without incident but she is cocky and looking to fight. Bad management tactics. I walked away but she forced the curt right out of me. I had to actually get unpleasant and tell her to stop enough was enough. Close to reporting her to corporate. Nobody needs patio furniture that bad.
