On Saturday they had a free appraisal for three items. I waited 45 minutes and decided to leave when the line was not really moving. In 45 minutes they had only done five jewelry appraisals. None of the appraisers were in a hurry to get people moving and a lot of the time was wasted on chitchat. Before I left the store one of owners allowed a woman to cut through the line for the jewelry appraisals and that’s when I walked out.
