Very grateful for my experiences here. I went once when there were previous owners and probably 4 times with the current owners. They are always super helpful/honest. Kevin and his team have taken great care of my vehicle and always are thorough. Great communication as well!

My Nissan altima had a problem with the suspension, brought it in Monday, and they had it ready to pickup Tuesday afternoon, with everything fixed, honest and good people, quick and reliable service.

I have had my car serviced at LaSang's many times over the years... (God bless Jimmy and Ace). They were extremely fair and prompt, and would have your car ready when they said it would be ready. It has been over 7-8 months since I have been there up until recently. Jimmy is gone, and Ace retired, and I don't know anyone that is there now. All I know is that the business has changed dramatically. I had an appointment for 10am Thursday for my car to be looked at. I dropped it off early and spoke to the mechanic, then left. At 3:40pm I called to get a status update and I was told that they were working on my car right now and that they would call me by the end of the day. That never happened. Patiently I waited until 11am the next day to get an update, and once again I was told that they were working on my car right now, but the guy on the phone had to ask me what was the issue with my car again? If they were working on my car when they said they were (supposedly since yesterday), why the need to ask me what the problem was? Still no response from them, so I had to go get my sputtering car back from them and take it elsewhere. SMH

This used to be a great shop with friendly service. They tackled a number of service jobs for us and when we called them on the phone, they were helpful. That has changed. I have asked them over the course of the past year if they could do certain simple jobs, like changing transmission fluid, and they can't. My wife called them this morning to ask how much rear wheel bearings for her car would cost and how much replacing them would cost. Their response "I ain't givin no quotes over the phone." They have made thousands of dollars off of us over the years. They'll never earn another.

I needed a variety of work done on my Acura RSX including why the battery was draining, air, clunking going into drive, etc. I noticed one review that referenced work on an older range Rover and thought "that's the place for me". "Ace" (the manger) got it all my problems sorted. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't as much as I expected either. I've owned a lot of cars in 3 countries and dealt with many mechanics. In my opinion, these guys are honest experienced mechanics and they've got my business forever.
