If I could give you NEGATIVE STARS I most definitely would. I had the W O R S T experience with the service department. Not only was I turned around THREE times for my tire alignment but so much so that the Toyota care expired and when I made my appointment to get my second key fob, oil change, tired alignment, another recall. Jean Paul declined to do my tire alignment after he turned me away twice before when I did have Toyota care. He stood there and approached me with attitude when I first got there and it went DOWN HILL from there he argued with me and was yelling at me all while I had my baby on my hip. Is this truly the customer experience Toyota Service is doing now? I literally bought a 52k vehicle with Toyota you would think they would be some what nice?? Jean Paul literally PRETENDED to call his manager and when I tried to call his bluff and asked to speak to him he walked away and was pretending to have a conversation and refused to allow me to talk to his manager after he gave me the WORSE service experience of my life. I even left a voicemail for his Manager and made sure to plead for a call back and I never even received one it’s been over a week now.

I saw a car that I liked online. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted by Mr. Toledo. He offered a few other comparable options. I test drove the car I wanted and it was a fit. I was reluctant about purchasing but was never pressured into anything. Ultimately, I decided to go forward with the purchase, and the process was seamless and took less than an hour total. I highly recommend.
