It's pretty small, especially considering the city it's in- The anchor stores get you all excited, being that they're three stories tall. But the mall itself has only ONE level.

Very disappointed in the New Orleans Drury. Breakfast at 6:30 was cold. Hot tub water was not warm. Hot tub jets had only a couple of jets working. No indication that either the pool or hot tub had been sanitized. No steps to even get into the hot tub from the outside of it. Construction noise early in the morning. Have stayed at many others and this was by far the worse.
