We have used Lakeside for a few years now and they've been great. This past week I had to put our dog down. Dr. McKenna assisted in this unpleasant task and I couldn't be more thankful for him. The professionalism and kindness I received was par excellence! I was understandably distressed and everyone was so sweet to me. Dr. McKenna was an absolute BOSS! Today when I got home from work I had a sympathy card in the mail signed by everyone at the hospital with some clippings of my dude's hair and a paw print. It was the closure we needed and we're not expecting. Lakeside Animal Hospital is where you want to bring your pet and our family thanks yall from the bottom of our hearts!

My Yorkiepoo, Diamond, went into anaphylactic shock this week. Dr. McKenna took my dog to his house to make sure Diamond would make it thru the night. How many vets do that? He is a brilliant, caring, compassionate vet that truly cares for animals! He saved my Diamond! I highly recommend Dr. McKenna! Love this vet!

We left. My dog is suffering with a hurt leg, and I scheduled a day before, because they wouldn’t see her right away. Well, I get there, do the paperwork and wait. I waited 70 min, while hearing these nurses jabbing on about their personal life and problems.
I finally talked to them about when I was going to be seen, and they gave me all these excuses as to why it’s taking so long, that there is only one person here, and the main vet, Dr McKenna, wasn’t there for the day, even though that was the purpose of the visit, was to see him.
Don’t use this company. They are not nice and not well informed of their clients well-being.

Dr McKenna and his staff are fantastic. He is an extraordinary vet-knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I can't say enough good things about him.

My dog was really sick. She had a UTI and the doc caught it immediately. The treatment and the prescriptions work like a charm she's much better today just 24 hours later.

Dr. Exnicios and Jessica show so much compassion towards their patients and their families. You can tell they do this for their love of animals.
