We had an enjoyable time comparing so many leather recliners in the store, and finally settled on two. Our sales associate was very helpful and personable. Although only one of them was in stock, and he advised us of the expected, approximate, delivery date for the second one, as it happened they were both delivered the very next Friday, to our delight.
Recommend the Kenner, LA, store with 5 stars!

We were in and out in less than an hour! We ordered a sofa and love seat. Lazy Boy is the absolute BEST! Our salesman Joshua Davis (Metairie, La) was so knowledgeable, he seamlessly went from one selection to the next with details that were quick and concise. He kept in mind the things I said I liked or didn’t like from one piece to the other making sure he pointed them out to me. In doing that it kept me from getting confused. The store was very clean and neat, which made it easy to navigate through and to see the inventory. Before we made the payment Joshua pointed out everything on the paper work making sure we understood what we were buying and the details of the transaction.

Melissa immediately greeted us and was able to show many styes with different looks n features. She was extremely knowledgable about Lazy Boy furniture n patient as we made our decision. Shopping at lazy boy today was enjoyable and successful with a purchase. Thank you Melissa.

We purchased a rocker recliner and a sofa bed and have been very satisfied. The recliner is now 12 years old and it's still in excellent shape. We are now purchasing another recliner and were very satisfied with the assistance of the salesperson (Bruce) at the store in Metairie, Louisiana.

Our sales consultant, Tiffany, was extremely friendly and helpful. She showed us all the possible options for the stationary sofas and loveseats we were interested in. We are very confident with our purchase as were able to see our fabric selection on a sofa in the showroom. Thanks Tiffany
