They only charged me $ 100,- for auto detailing. My car is like bling bling and get your shine on after it’s done by Tray, more than a brand new car. Thanks my people.

This place is full of cheating and dishonest. Mostly criminals working here and lady owner mouth is full of profanity and no services provided as money charged. Stay away from this place.
That $25 Car Wash sign is to get in the customers. She will add all more charges. No special rates are honored as posted.

The work they do is important, but they need to concentrate on actually turning cars around faster..they start, talk to others 15 mins..2 mins on your car...more talking, retrieving items needed to do the job...talking..then back to your car. No one should be waiting 4 hrs for a service and paying top dollar....work on the car til done, then the next. I observed them talking amongst themselves for 20mins at a time while cars sit waiting for completion...a young female who very loud and annoying was bothering customers and using foul language nit appropriate for a place of business . I'd go back if I could be assured of my car being serviced until done...instead of 20 min intervals spread out over 4 hrs.

Although, I do take full responsibility for leaving like five dollars worth of change in my car…they didn’t have to steal it…Plus, I left the guy a tip!! Lesson learned, won’t happen again.

Was there on Saturday and spent over 100.00 including tip for a carpet shampoo and wash. Hey didn't vacuum completely, didn't vacuum mats, windows were streaked and car smells horrible. Every time I get in the car, it makes me sick. Please read the reviews before wasting your money there.

I went here after my car took water in during a flash flood. I explained to them my situation and exactly what happened and they assured me that they could get me taken care of ASAP. I went in everything took about an hour and I was pretty pleased initially. The customer service was pretty good but I was worried about my mats because upon returning the car to me they were dripping wet. I was told to sit them in the sun (which I did) but I was hesitant because I noticed the floor of my car was also still wet. The person cleaning my car reassured me that it would dry.However, I started to notice a smell in my car almost immediately after getting it detailed. I figured it was just the water trying to dry so I went in with a towel and tried to ring the water out. I spent about 30 minutes drying the floor and ringing the water out. However when I came back the next day my car smelled awful. I took it to a different auto detailer and was told that because the water was sitting it would soon cause mold if I didn’t get the carpet re- cleaned and dried. The service was nearly $400 and I paid it because I can’t not have my car. But I am a college student. I’m already struggling to cover very basic life necessities. I called and requested a refund because I incurred the additional charge and the manager was very set on not refunding me the $60 that was charged to further worsen my car’s condition. She did insist that I come back (which was appreciated) but I could not run the risk of the same thing happening again. It is extremely humid and moist in New Orleans and I didn’t want to lose my car.Overall, I wouldn’t say that this has been the absolute worst experience but I’d definitely recommend only getting serviced here if your car is in mint condition. If you are seeking their services to mend a problem you’re experiencing I’d highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because you will need someone to go over their work.Services: Full body wash

Spent over 3 hours at this place, the vehicle was streaked up, the inside wasn't vacuumed, the window were still dirty.The manager said she was having someone put a 150 coat on the truck as a favor. That mess in the bottle aint worth150 dollars.This was the second time they messed up. Will not be returning.I know people need to work, but either they stop to go get high or they so high they don't have any focus.NOT WORTH THE DRIVE OR MONEY

Let’s see where so i begin. Please don’t waste your time going to these people. They will waste your time for hours just to give you your car back looking worst or something is broken. While I was waiting the guy cleaning the car ran someone truck into the fence. My problem is the guy who cleaned my car broke my windshield wiper & didn’t say anything oh and the inside was not cleaned all the way.

The first time I went there the 2 girls that cleaned my car did an amazing job. This time a guy(s) did it. The inside was good. The outside was spotty and streaky, the windshield was streaky and cloudy looking. I didn't even notice until the sun hit it once I was home, I saw the windshield once I was driving. ??♀️??♀️

This was my first and last time using this service. After paying $175 for a full detail and tipping 10% , when I picked up my car they told me they under charged me because it was so dirty when I dropped it off and that extra tip would be appreciated. This made me very uncomfortable.They did do a *pretty* good job with the clean but I don't know if I'd call it a full detail. They missed a couple of things, and also scratched my car trying to get a magnet off the door. Apparently they have another service for $400 where they make your car look "like new." Not sure the difference between that and a full detail.I would've been a return customer if they hadn't asked for extra money at every step of the cleaning. At that rate I can't afford to go back.Services: Full body wash
