I asked them on the phone if I could come on a Saturday to buy my graduation cap and gown. They could have just said no. But instead, they said they got other things to do on Saturday. Well, guess what? I also got other things to do than waste my money on clothes I can only wear for just one day. If I’m not in the top ten of my class, I wouldn’t even bother calling them in the first place!And at the end of the call, they didn’t even say bye or anything. They just hung up on me like I was wasting their time.

Place is a complete joke. expensive and on top of it you can't ever pick your stuff up because they are always closed. talked to someone on the phone and they said open Tues thru Friday 9-5.. 2 days now I have tried to pick up my order and they are not open! One day closed with sign on the door they owed early and another they would be back by a certain time and no one showed. Bad for business, but they get away with it does to being the only one..

I ordered my ring and it came in with the wrong flag. When I sent it back, they had done nothing to it and it still had the same flag I asked to get rid of.

Way too expensive and when I got my cap and gown from them there was an actual dead bug that I thought was a piece of fuzz so I picked it up and it corroded and the legs got all over my bed! Disgusting! If it's not required by your school don't get your cap and gown from them!

When my Daughter asked me to buy her a high school graduation ring from Josten;s Graduation supplies, I felt like this would be a chance to carry on a family tradition, because I purchased my high school class ring at Josten's over 30 years ago. This has turned into a nightmare. Josten's was quick to collect over $400 dollars for my Daughter's Class ring, but is pathetic on delivering said product on time. Needless to say that the store in New Orleans acted the product was shipped. The web site says it was shipped on December 18, 2017, and it is December 24, and still no ring, 2 days past the projected delivery date. I was planning on getting this for Christmas, so thanks for nothing Jostens.
