I've been bringing all of my vehicle to Jimmy Duckworth's for years. I go for everything from tire and brake work to Air Condition work and just about any repair that my cars need. (Not body work, though.) The owner, Patrick, gets to know his customers personally and cares for their cars like they belong to his personal friends. I highly recommend!

I had a great experience today. I brought my 2005 Dodge Viper in for an oil change. No one else wanted to change it for me. Not even the Bergeron Dodge Dealer on Veterans would touch it.I arrived at 7:30 a.m. (they open at 7:00) and was personally greeted by Mr. Duckworth, the proprietor. I received a text in less than 2 hours from Mr. Duckworth that the car was ready to pick up.The price for the oil change was very reasonable. Mr. Duckworth walked me out to the car. He also pointed out that an old tire on the vehicle had a slow leak. They put air in it for me and told me to keep an eye on it. I am going to buy a new tire from Jimmy Duckworth Tires. They are only one block from my office. I wished I had gone to them years ago. Excellent service, great price. Highly recommended.Danny

I take both my vehicles to Patrick, and not the dealership repair centers. Friendly, timely, reasonable staff. This is a shining, reputable business in the Metairie community.

Been a customer for three years. Send both my vehicles to Patrick for routine maintenance and tire repair/changes. Interestingly, I looked up the other one star reviews, and I suspect they're full of crap. Patrick, the owner, is incredibly friendly, patient, and takes his time to explain vehicle issues.

At some point, car owners choose whether to take their car to Duckworth (or a place like it), or the dealership. Duckworth makes this choice easy. They are honest, reasonable, friendly, and competent. I have taken my car there for years. My recent experience shows they will go the extra mile. I recommend them highly.
