We worked with Jeremy Owens to do our floors, countertop, fireplace trim and backsplash. He was great. He went out of his way to make sure our new home turned out exactly how we wanted. He was very creative with our backsplash and it turned out amazing. I would recommend Jim Owens to anyone remodeling or building.

the salesman talked down to us and tried to say we didn't know what was right or wrong I believe because we said we would use an independent contractor for installation. I would not go back.

I went in hoping to get some help with my new house that I’m building that needed everything and we stood around for at least 25 minutes there was one person on the floor everyone else is in the kitchen eating not one person came out to help us or even it even acknowledge that we were there so thanks Jim Owens but no thanks yeah
