Ms.Netta helped me and my mom find bday gifts for my boyfriend! She was very kind and understanding of our price point! She was so kind and made shopping so much fun! Which was a plus for me cause stores like this give me a bit of anxiety! 10/10 Would recommend!

I needed some help with replacing a stone in an important ring and after doing some research and perusing online decided to return to Jared's where I bought the ring. Once I arrived and explained what i was looking for, Christina Shilling took phenomenal care of me and our important ring. She was very knowledgeable and that made me feel comfortable that she would take good care of our ring, and she did. The ring came out amazing and Christina was amazing through the entire process! Will definitely see her again for all my future jewelry needs.

Paige took such good care of my husband and I when we went browsing for an upgrade on my wedding ring. She helped me find the perfect one for me. I highly recommend you visit Jared on the weekends (that’s when she works) and ask for Paige. She will not disappoint!

Stopped in to get my jewelry inspected and cleaned and to look at options for diamond upgrade. Darius helped us out and was awesome. Gave us plenty of options including trade-in or buying outright with their current promotions. So happy with our decision. Darius gave us all the info needed and we didn't feel pressured in decision making. Definitely asking for him next trip!

I was in search for a wedding band, and I decided to go look at Jarod‘s merchandise. Once I picked out a ring, I sat down with the sales woman, and she proceeded to explain to me about a warranty to be purchased. She tried to convince me, as her manager looked on, that in essence, it would be cost efficient to pay for the warranty since Jarod’s charges for sizing (which should be included) & charges to solder the rings I chose together. In a nutshell, I was not getting much off the cost of the ring since they charge for a warranty. I felt like I was being pressured & I decided to go back to the original jewelry store that I had been to & gave them my business. I will never return to Jarod’s because I believe the warranty is a scam.
